One of the core principles at Lees Brook Academy is to support all students in developing the key knowledge, skills and experiences that are valued by employers, so that they are successful when applying for future jobs, courses or apprenticeships.
The careers and employability programme at Lees Brook Academy is designed to provide high quality careers education, that is delivered weekly, to all students from Year 7 to Post 16. The programme embeds the 6 learning areas of the CDI framework and is regularly reviewed and developed to ensure that it meets the needs of all our students and the changing landscape of the world of work.
