On Wednesday 5^th October, twenty-seven Year 11 students attended the ALT Empower Careers Event, which was held at the Albert Hall, Nottingham.  Students had the opportunity to listen to 2 presentations from external providers which discussed a variety of Post 16 pathways.  They then were able to tour the careers fair to discuss the various options open to them from over 30 providers that attended.  It was great to see all the students engaging with the providers and nice to see an ex-Lees Brook student giving advice about apprenticeships on the Tomlinson’s stand.  Students were also excited to have a photo opportunity with an iconic trophy!
