At Lees Brook Academy, we use Arbor, a secure Management Information System (MIS) that helps us communicate effectively with parents and carers while managing important school information.
The Arbor Parent Portal and Parent App provide a convenient way to stay informed about your child’s education, all in one place.
What Can You Do in Arbor?
Using the Arbor Parent Portal or Parent App, you can:
- View your child’s attendance record
- Receive important school communications
- Update your contact details
- Manage consents and permissions
- View behaviour and achievement information
- Book and pay for school trips and events
- Make payments for school meals and other items
- Check key information about your child
Getting Started
When we enrol your child, parent/carers identified as having parental responsibility for the child will receive an invitation from the school to register for Arbor. Please note we must have your email address to register you on Arbor.
To get started:
- Click the link in your invitation email.
- Create a password for your Arbor account.
- Download the Arbor Parent App from your device’s app store, or access the Parent Portal online.
- Log in using the email address registered with the school.
Please ensure that the email address we hold for you is up to date.

Yes. Each parent or carer with parental responsibility can have their own Arbor account, provided the academy has their details recorded.

Please contact the academy office so we can update your records.

Yes. Arbor uses secure systems to protect personal information and complies with data protection requirements.
