Lees Brook Academy proudly marched at the Chaddesden Park Memorial Service today. Alongside other primary and secondary schools from Chaddesden, our students took part in the service and parade, led by local veterans.
We are incredibly proud to announce that our students were awarded the Marching Trophy congratulations to everyone who took part for their dedication and teamwork.
Students began the day with a large selection of breakfast options before setting off for a busy and adventurous programme of activities. They took part in bushcraft sessions, learning how to make fires and build shelters using essential survival skills. On the River Derwent, students enjoyed canoeing and kayaking, developing teamwork and confidence on the water.
