A huge thank you to Monarch Education for delivering engaging Assessment Centre workshops to all of our Year 9 students this week as part of our careers programme. 👏
With this style of recruitment becoming increasingly popular among large employers and Post 16 providers, it was a fantastic opportunity for students to gain first-hand experience.
The workshops helped students understand what assessment centres are, why employers use them, and what skills and qualities they are really looking for. Students also had the chance to develop and practise their presentation, interview, and practical skills—building confidence and preparing them for their future pathways.
We’re incredibly grateful for this valuable experience and the positive impact it has had on our students.
