August 2011 'Best Ever Results'

Congratulations to the staff and students of Lees Brook Community School for another set of impressive examination results. Year 11 achieved our highest ever score, 62%, for the headline figure of five or more higher grade GCSE passes including English and Maths. Results Day on the 25th August was a real delight, with many students absolutely thrilled by the grades they had achieved.

93% of students gained five higher grade passes in any subject and 97% of students gained five passes of at least a grade G, reflecting the fact that students of all abilities succeed at Lees Brook. Our more able students continue to do well with 37% achieving three or more A or A* grades.
